Pre-Listing Consultations

Pre-Listing Consultations are unique and are tailored to meet our clients specific needs when visually preparing a home to sell. This unique service allows the designer to take the pressure of the realtor and homeowner by equipping the sellers with a prioritized and custom "to do" list. This service includes a full walk-though inside and outside with specific instructions on what to downsize, where to place existing furniture, suggested repairs, and so much more!

In-Home & Office Decor

Cozy Home works with clients to discuss the needs and wants for updating outdated furniture and providing our clients with a fresh new cozy feel to their home. Our services begin with an in-home or office consultation. We discuss desired furniture, explore design styles, and determine a realistic budget.

Home makeovers include all things decor-related such as window treatments and installation, furniture, artwork, area rugs, and more. Our design team works to understand the decor tastes specific to the client and makes their dreams come to life within the existing walls of their home.

Home Staging

Why stage a home to sell? Visual concepts are connected to our emotions and feelings. Our homes should be a place of coziness, peace and refuge. If one feels at peace in a home, then that will be a desired place of refuge. We recognize every home is built with a unique thumbprint and we cater to personalized this cozy feeling.

All staging packages include furnishings that focus on the main internal selling points of the home. This includes, but not limited to, the living room, dinning room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath.
